Tiger Woods and his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman are caught up in a nasty lawsuit that is getting a lot of media attention. Erica Herman filed a $30 million lawsuit against Woods claiming that he sexually exploited her when she worked as his employee and then forced her to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Is Herman After Justice or Just Money?
Herman was hired as a restaurant manager for Wood’s restaurant in Palm Beach, Florida. He would later go on to befriend her and get into a relationship with her while she worked for him. The couple split up a few years later after Wood’s got his lawyers to let Herman know that he wanted to separate and get her to move out of his mansion.
Herman now alleges that Woods used an NDA to take advantage of her and silence that fact that she was sexually harassed by her employer. She wants the NDA lifted based on a new federal law that President Joe Biden signed into existence in 2022. Wood’s legal team has stated that due to the NDA in place, they need to settle their differences out of court.
