Leading global content producer and distributor, Endemol Shine Gaming, has announced that it has entered into a joint venture with Black Cow Technology that will see it launch an omni-channel content distribution platform under the newly formed B2B remote gaming server company Playzido Global.

In terms of the venture, London based Playzido will supply a remote gaming server to real money and social gaming operators.

The new open platform will utilize a customized version of Black Cow’s new OGA software and offer popular games from Endemol Shine Gaming as well as several branded games that include Deal or No Deal, Dumb and Dumber and Warner Brothers’ Austin Powers. All the games are available across desktop, mobile as well as tablet devices.

The Managing Director of Endemol Shine Gaming, Owain Walbyoff, commented on the launch by saying that Playzido is an important investment for Endemol Shine Gaming as it will allow them to significantly grow their footprint in this space. He also said that Playzido will also offer operators a huge range of marketing tools allowing them to maximize the potential of their games better than ever.

Tony Plaskow, commercial director of Black Cow Technology, added that they are thrilled to embark on this new project with Endemol Shine Gaming and the combination of their new adaptable OGA Technology and the Endemol Shine brands is very exciting.

Plaskow went on to say that Playzido are looking to do something genuinely innovative in the market and they are thrilled to help facilitate that.
