Playson, a leading casino games and software developer, has announced the launch of its latest classic, fruity slot game, ‘Stars and Fruits: Double Hit’ for the newly regulated German market.

The new title is the first to feature the developer’s ground-breaking new mechanic, ‘Double Hit’ that gives players the opportunity to spin
2across two game fields at the same time.

‘Stars and Fruits: Double Hit’ is playable from €0.40 up to €100 on desktop, mobile or tablet devices with a max payout on the jackpot being €500,000, or 5,000x a player’s stake, coming from the Scatter symbol.

Players will find 2 separate 5×3 reels and a total of 5 fixed pay lines which are identical for both fields. Both are triggered by the same spin and players form various winning combinations with the featured regular fruit symbols and the classic Lucky 7 symbol.

The Gold Star Scatter symbols pay out irrespective of bet lines and the game field, and winnings are granted when up to 10 Scatter symbols appear regardless of where the Stars land.

The new slot is the latest addition to Playson’s Timeless Fruit Slots portfolio and confirms Playson’s ambitions to deliver exciting new content to the newly-regulated German market.

Vsevolod Lapin, Head of Product at Playson, commented that they have upped the ante on their highly acclaimed gaming suite with this new title, adding a brand-new game field to ramp up the excitement for thrill-seeking players.

Lapin added that they feel confident that unique Playson content such as ‘Stars and Fruits: Double Hit’ will perform strongly with customers based in Germany, retaining the thrill of the game-play in compliance with the legal minimum spin duration.
