Isle of Man internet betting software developer Pariplay has announced that it has released its latest licensed brand online slot game titled “Atari Black Widow” which is based on the iconic Atari Interactive video arcade game.
After its release in 1982, the original game saw players maneuvering an eponymous spider around its web while shooting various insects in order to win bonuses.
Pariplay’s 5 reel and 3 pay line version of the game includes “Seek and Destroy” Wilds and cartoon-style insects that are armed with automatic weapons, grenades and bazookas and is accompanied by a military-style soundtrack.
Symbols on the reels of the Atari Black Widow slot game include assault rifles, grenades, insects, bazookas and the Black Widow.
The Atari Black Widow slot game was developed by Pariplay’s in-house development studio and boasts some great features which include Free Spins, two Bonus games as well “Turbo Mode” functionality which gives players an opportunity to speed up the action.
The launch of this great new slot game comes after an exclusive strategic partnership between Pariplay and Atari Interactive that was signed between the parties during the second quarter of 2014.
Atari Black Widow has been developed in HTML5 and can, therefore, be played on all devices. The new slot game will be followed by a number of additional Atari-branded slot games such as Pong, Tempest and Asteroids in the near future.
Gila Lisani, CEO of Pariplay Ltd revealed that it is with great pleasure that they launch Black Widow, the first in a long line of Pariplay slots combing the brand equity of Atari’s arcade games with their expertise at developing industry-leading casino games for global gaming operators.
