Spin Games, a U.S.-based developer and supplier of land and online interactive games, has appointed Kunal Mishra as its new President and Chief Financial Officer.
Kunal has taken over the role of President and Chief Financial Officer from the founder of Spin Games, Kent Young, who will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer for the company, focusing on primary objectives.
According to a recent statement issued by the company, Kunal takes on responsibility for all company operations such as Finance, Product Development, Marketing and Administration and will assist Young in executing and achieving Spin Games’ core goals.
Kent Young commented on the appointment by saying that they are pleased to welcome Kunal to Spin Games, as his deep industry experience in management, product development and commercialization will help them to achieve their strategic objectives.
Young also said that Kunal’s appointment is an important element of their development and operational strategies and he is certain that his extensive leadership skills and global gaming industry expertise will drive Spin Games forward as a leading provider of interactive content and gaming technology products within the industry.
Kunal comes to Spin Games with nearly 20 years’ experience in the gaming industry and most recently served as Managing Partner of Hayabusa Portfolio LLC where he served as a Consultant to gaming equipment and technology manufacturers and casinos. He also served as liaison between investors based in the United States and Japanese property management and real estate investment companies.
He previously served as General Manager for JCM’s Global Asia Pacific division and as Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for Cadillac Jack where he helped the company to enter into a number of markets in Latin America.
