According to the terms of a new deal signed, Openbet will supply Ladbrokes with new games in a bid to increase the UK gaming group’s range of titles and rejuvenate its online gambling platform. Openbet will not only supply games and customer support, it will also restructure Ladbrokes’ existing software which will, hopefully, help the underperforming platform.
“We are pleased to extend our long-standing relationship with OpenBet through a more flexible agreement which offers revenue opportunities to both parties and increases the range of games we offer,” said the Chief Executive Officer of Ladbrokes, Richard Glynn. “This is another step on the road to developing a unique Ladbrokes customer experience.”
The Chief Executive Officer of Openbet, David Loveday, said that the new deal is a confirmation that Openbet not only delivers what its customers need, but they develop necessary products which enable them to continue to grow, while offering their customers the best content and gaming experience available.
According to analysts, the new deal will provide both Ladbrokes and Openbet will plenty of growth opportunities.
In previous months, Ladbrokes has entered into a number of strategic contracts with leading gambling groups in the industry. It entered into a deal with SKyIQ for CRM and campaign management, as well as casino games provision deals with Microgaming and Global Draw.
It is believed that the new deal with Openbet will allow the group to bounce back and begin competing with other online gambling groups in the industry.
