Natural Intelligence, an Israeli internet firm, is pleased to announce that it has acquired US Sports betting comparison startup Sidelines, a developer of technological tools for smart comparison of tips, odds and American legal sports bookies.
In terms of the deal signed by the parties, Sideline’s employees will join Natural Intelligence’s 300 plus employees in Tel Aviv to supervise sports betting operators in NJ, and will launch its operations in Pennsylvania shortly.
Or Lifshitz, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sidelines, commented on the acquisition by saying that as many states have legalized US online sports betting and others are soon expected to follow, their hope is that Sidelines.io will help operators drive high-value traffic.
Lifshitz went on to say that since their launch in October 2017, they have added new features based on user feedback and look forward to becoming a key part of the game-plan for today’s sports bettors.
Nir Greenberg, Chief Executive Officer at Natural Intelligence, said that as part of their expansion into the recently legalized US sports-betting market (which has the potential to become the largest betting market in the world), they acquired Sidelines in order to help them secure their foothold in the market.
Greenberg also said that the Sidelines team have developed some of the leading platforms in the current legal sports betting markets in the UN and in line with Natural Intelligence’s goals and inspirations, these tools offer unique odds-comparison charts including a social fans hub, useful sports betting tips, great UGC and tons of statistics.
