Lydia Barbara, Head of Innovation at Microgaming, the World’s largest and the top online casino gaming software provider, has revealed that she has been appointed to the CasinoCoin Foundation’s advisory board.
Barbara joins a number of other senior industry professionals on CasinoCoin Foundation’s advisory board, a non-profit entity that supports the blockchain powered payment solution.
Barbara, who is also a non-executive chair at the Isle of Man Department for Enterprise Digital Agency Board, commented that she is absolutely delighted to be able to take part in the early stages of such an exciting project.
Barbara went on to say that the breadth and diversity of experience across the board is impressive, and she is looking forward to working with the CasinoCoin team and board on bringing this revolutionary payment solution to market.
CasinoCoin launched last October in an endeavor to support the development and growth of the cryptocurrency. The advisory board also includes Lee Fenton, CEO at Gamesys, Britt Boeskov, CPO at Kindred Group, Sam Hobcraft, CEO at OPL Gaming Group, Jeffrey Haas, Chief International Officer at DraftKings, James Scicluna, co-founder and partner of WH Partners, David Sargeant, founder of iGaming Ideas, Luke Webster, Managing Director at Knox Private Office and Morten Tonnesen, CEO at Ve Global.
John Caldwell, Director of Advocacy, CasinoCoin Foundation, said that Lydia has a deep understanding of blockchain technology and is a veteran in the gaming world. He added that they simply cannot have enough people with those two qualities helping them, and they are very pleased to have Lydia join the CasinoCoin Advisory Board.
Caldwell also said that Lydia focuses every day on innovation in gaming and they are thrilled she can share some of that knowledge with them.
