Oryx Gaming, a Bragg Gaming Group company, s due to launch its platform and content in the Czech Republic after entering into a full turnkey agreement with major operator Merkur, which will see it enhance its presence in the region significantly.
In terms of the new deal, Oryx will provide Merkur with a solution that covers a vast range of products and services including its player account management, igaming platform and operation services such as KYC, payments, fraud and data management.
The deal also includes the supplier’s Fuze player engagement tools, including missions, quests and tournaments, which have been designed to enhance operator KPI’s and boost player lifetime value.
With its Merkur arcades, the operating giant Gauselmann Group is well-established in the land based vertical, and the provision of Oryx’s platform will see an alignment of its land-based operations with its current activity in the online sector.
