We’re barely into the new year, but already Microgaming’s frequently hit jackpot game has created its first multi-millionaire of 2022.
According to an official release by the Isle of Man software provider, one lucky player hit the top jackpot on Mega Moolah online slot earlier this month and took home a staggering EUR 7,296,286.88 in prize money.
The winner also met another milestone by becoming the 70th player to win the progressive jackpot since the launch of the game in 2006.

The four-tiered progressive jackpot online slot is so popular because it has a top starting seed of a cool million. Since the game launched 15 years ago, it has paid out an eye-watering 18.4 million jackpots,
The biggest Mega Moolah jackpot was won in 2021 when a player won EUR 19.4 million on Absolootly Mad Mega Moolah, one of the seven additions to the Mega Moolah brand found at Microgaming casinos.
Over EUR 919 million has been won by players through its four jackpots over the years.
