The Netherlands Online Gambling Association (NOGA) has accepted LeoVegas as its latest and youngest member as it continues its endeavor to unite the industry to make certain that the Dutch market is a ‘success story’.
NOGA continues to advance towards its aim to represent the large majority of online gambling providers that are due to become active on the legal Dutch market as LeoVegas Mobile Group has applied for and has been admitted as NOGA’s newest member. It is extremely important that operators join forces to ensure powerful consumer protection, responsible gambling and a level playing field when the market opens.
The industry can only make the Netherlands online gambling market a success story by being united and that is the reason why it is such fantastic news that LeoVegas has made the decision to join NOGA.
Peter-Paul de Goeij, the Managing Director of NOGA, commented that they are absolutely thrilled with this news.
He went on to say that Leo Vegas is a well-recognized and appreciated brand, has a great track record and brings a swatch of knowledge and experience to NOGA, which in turn can offer to and share with the local gambling industry.
de Goeij also said that like the other members of NOGA, LeoVegas takes consumer protection and responsible gambling extremely seriously and leads the way with initiatives like LeoCare. He added that they look forward to closely working together with them to the greater good of the Dutch gambling market.
Daniel Valiollahi, Director of Communications and Public Affairs at LeoVegas, said they are looking forward to the Dutch market, finally, introducing local licenses that will ensure fair competition and high consumers protection.
