Gaming software giant GAN has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Cordish Gaming Group to power its online casino brand ‘PlayLive!’ platform in Pennsylvania, available for two new branded facilities in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.
The agreement will also see GAN powering the ‘PlayLive!’ branded website as well as a mobile application.
The first complex is named ‘Live! Casino & Hotel and is located in the Stadium Entertainment District in the City of Philadelphia featuring approximately 2,200 slot machines and over 150 live action table games.
The second casino is situate near Pittsburgh in Westmoreland County and features more than 100,000 square feet gaming area with 750 slot games and 30 live action games.
Dermot Smurfit, Chief Executive Officer of GAN Limited, commented that the company is delighted to have such a professional relationship with a partner of such high rank. He added that bringing Pennsylvania’s newest casino online later this year will be a genuine privilege and they look forward to supporting their on-property gaming business by leveraging their U.S. patented iBridge Framework, bringing the Internet gambling experience with that of retail gaming.
Smurfit went on to say that the online part of the industry will continue to push it towards growth and success and that this is not only applicable for Pennsylvania but also for the whole United States.
Robert J. Norton, Group President at Cordish Gaming Group, said that GAN was the logical provider the enterprise needed. He added that with the extension of Cordish into the online channel, the company actually observes increased loyalty among the players.
