Brazilian star, Felipe Ramos, has become the first pro to represent Ascensus Interactive LLC, a London based online gambling company, as their flagship online poker room, PCFPoker.com joins the Microgaming Poker Network (MPN).

Ramos will represent the Players Come First (PCF) Poker Room on the Microgaming Poker Network, of which PFCPoker joined last week.

The deal will see Ramos (known as Mojave) give the online poker start-up a global presence and in his role as Players Come First ambassador, he will help to uphold the site’s player-friendly focus.

In a recent press release, Ramos commented that as a poker ambassador, he always has to look out for his community first.  He also said that they will have great opportunities for everyone who loves poker and wants an option where players can be heard.

Players Come First will use Ramos to build bridges as it looks to capitalize on this player-centric dynamic. This may be crucial as the site’s new network is about to lose RedKings Poker, one of its biggest brands, that recently announced it will cease operations on 28th April 2019.  This could mean that Microgaming Poker Network may not be as profitable as it once was.

Microgaming Poker Network is currently ranked 15th in the world by daily traffic reports and this, together with tighter margins for online poker, has resulted in the longstanding brand to reassess its options.

It is hoped that Ramos will be able to connect with the poker community in order to help built a site players want to be a part of.
