The igaming operator, ComeOn, which runs the Microgaming powered ComeOn Casino and other brands such as EuroSlots and Mobile Bet, has developed technology to help players avoid problem gambling habits. The Artificial Intelligence technology tracks the player’s data and picks up changes in behavior to warn them ahead of time. The tool provides personalized feedback which will hopefully encourage players to play more responsibly.
ComeOn’s responsible gaming manager, Helena Berg, said that the group is convinced that gaming services can be delivered in a safe and sustainable way. She said that providing the right conditions and incentives for players to gamble responsibly is part of how ComeOn is able to take care of it customers and ensure the safe and high-quality service it strives to offer them.
Also commenting on the new technology was Neccton director, Dr. Michael Auer who said: “We are happy that ComeOn has chosen neccton as their partner to help ensure player safety to their customers. Using modern technology to analyse player behavior, detect risk signals and in a user-friendly way inform the players is a great method that has proven to be successful modifying player behavior.”
The new AI responsible gambling technology fits well with Microgaming’s own policy. The group is a member of eCOGRA, MEGA and the Remote Gambling Association – all of which promote safe and secure gambling habits for their players.
