The Memphis Grizzlies suspended Morant for his conduct and the 23 year old issued an apology and said he would get time off from the NBA to work on himself. Morant was issued with an 8 game suspension for his conduct.

Earlier this week, a second video has emerged with Morant once again brandishing a gun. The Memphis Grizzlies and the NBA have now imposed an indefinite suspension on Morant.

NBA Fans Say Morant Wasting His Talent

Ja Morant has done more harm for his career in the last few months as NBA fans have now turned on the young man. NBA fans have urged Morant to lose his current circle of friends as they obviously don’t care about him enough to stop him from hurting himself and his career with the NBA.

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver said he was shocked and disappointed to see a second video with Morant and a gun. The NBA is currently investigating the incident and will make a decision on what action they will take on Morant shortly.

When Lionel Messi made it clear that he would no longer look to resign with current club Paris St-Germain (PSG), there were rumours that Messi would make a move to Saudi Arabia and reignite his rivalry with Cristiano Ronaldo.

Messi Reported To Sign £522 Million Contract With Al-Hilal

Messi is widely regarded as the best player in the world right now and there are few clubs in the world that can dish out the kind of money that Saudi Arabian clubs can. There are reports in the Daily Mail that Messi has signed an agreement with Al-Hilal for £522 million.

There is no confirmation of the reported signing from either Messi or his management as of this writing. The rumoured signing with Al-Hilal does not come as a major surprise because Messi was suspended by PSG earlier this month for two weeks, after he decided to visit Saudi Arabia without approval from PSG.

Messi serves as a tourism ambassador for Saudi Arabia and is alleged to have flow to Saudi Arabia to fulfil his duties as a tourism ambassador. We will have to wait for a few more days to know if Messi is heading to Saudi Arabia or will stay and play football in Europe.

Madrid Open organizers have been hammered in the media for their policies that showed open discrimination and sexism towards women during the recently concluded 2023 Madrid Open. The criticism came not just from players and fans but also from Soledad Murillo, Secretary of State for Equality in Spain.

Ball Girls Forced To Wear Sexy Outfits

Madrid Open organizers were criticized back in 2004 when they hired models to act as ball girls during the tournament. For the 2023 tournament, they decided to dress young ball boys and girls in traditional outfits and assign them to the outer courts. They decided to dress adult ball girls in short pleated skirts and crop tops that showed a lot of skin.

These sexy ball girls were assigned to the grandstand court and only for men’s matches which sparked an outcry from feminists and the Spanish Association for Women in Professional Sport.

Madrid Open organizers were forced to make a change due to the criticism and dressed their ball girls in loose pants that covered their knees for the men’s final. The organizers were encouraged to change their policies and not discriminate women or be sexist in their behaviour going forward.

Tiger Woods and his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman are caught up in a nasty lawsuit that is getting a lot of media attention. Erica Herman filed a $30 million lawsuit against Woods claiming that he sexually exploited her when she worked as his employee and then forced her to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Is Herman After Justice or Just Money?

Herman was hired as a restaurant manager for Wood’s restaurant in Palm Beach, Florida. He would later go on to befriend her and get into a relationship with her while she worked for him. The couple split up a few years later after Wood’s got his lawyers to let Herman know that he wanted to separate and get her to move out of his mansion.

Herman now alleges that Woods used an NDA to take advantage of her and silence that fact that she was sexually harassed by her employer. She wants the NDA lifted based on a new federal law that President Joe Biden signed into existence in 2022. Wood’s legal team has stated that due to the NDA in place, they need to settle their differences out of court.

The competition between parties who are interested to acquire the Ottawa Senators just got a lot stronger. The NHL franchise which is reported to be around $1 billion is up for sale and a number of big names are keen on owning the Senators.

The Remington Group along with Canadian A-list celebrity Ryan Reynolds were alleged to be frontrunners to acquire the Senators. They now face competition as another big celebrity has joined forces with businessman Neko Sparks to put in a bid for the Senators.

Snoop Dogg Glad To Have Chance To Buy Senators

American rapper Snoop Dogg took to Instagram to inform over 80 million followers that he was taking the opportunity to join Neko Sparks and make a bid for the Ottawa Senators. Snoop said he is a big fan of hockey and has followed the game for over 25 years.

The rapper said he was happy to see young people who look like him playing hockey in Canada but did not see the same kind of interest with young people in America. He is looking to change that by being a part owner of the Senators and helping more young Americans that look like him take up the game of hockey.
