Leading online bookmaker Betway is pleased to announce that it has been confirmed as the official sponsor of the professional summer clay court tournament – the Hamburg Open.
The tournament is scheduled to take place between 7th and 18th July 2021, following the showpiece event of the calendar – Wimbledon, which is due to commence on Monday, 28th June 2021.
Last month Betway was confirmed as the sponsor of Swedish tennis tournament – the Nordea Open which starts on 5th and ends on 18th July 2021 and will run alongside the Hamburg Open.
The bookmaker now sponsors a number of tennis events, including the Noventi Open, the Miami Open and the Mercedes Cup.
In terms of the latest partnership, Betway will have its brand visible courtside and digitally across the iconic Rothenbaum Tennis Centre, which features a retractable roof stadium.
Anthony Werkman, the Chief Executive Officer at Betway, commented that they are thrilled to be partnering with Hamburg Open as they become their Official Betting Partner.
Werkman went on to say that the tournament is a highlight of the summer day circuit and they are eagerly looking forward to seeing the Betway brand at the Rothenbaum Tennis Centre.
Sandra Reichel, the Tournament Director said they are delighted to announce this partnership, especially in these unusual times, and she thinks it is tremendous that they are sponsoring the overall event in both the women’s and the men’s tournament weeks.
