Betano, a leading Digital Sports Betting Operator and one of the fastest growing Tech companies in Europe, has revealed that it has entered into a premium sponsorship deal with German Bundesliga football club VfB Stuttgart.

The agreement signed between the parties will run for a period of three years, running through to 2021, with Betano to serve as a premium partner of the team, helping the operator to create brand awareness in the German market, which it has recently focused on.

Betano, together with its sister brand Stoiximan, offers sports and live betting in a number of countries in Europe.

George Daskalakis, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Betano, commented on the sponsorship agreement by saying that they are very pleased that Betano’s entry into the German market will be shaped by their cooperation with VfB Stuttgart.

Daskalakis went on to say that with VfB Stuttgart, they have found one of the largest and most traditional football clubs in Germany to be a strong partner, even beyond Germany’s borders.

Early last week, VfB Stuttgart’s Bundesliga rival, German Bundesliga football club Hertha Berlin renewed a deal with state lottery company Lotto Berlin. 

In May of this year, Hertha Berlin also entered into a new regional deal with betting company Yabo Sports in terms of which the latter will serve as the official and exclusive betting partner of Hertha Berlin in Asia throughout the 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons.
