Pragmatic Play, a leading content provider to the gaming industry, has entered into an agreement with online casino and sports book operator Estelar Bet in terms of which the operator will receive three verticals from the new partner.

The multi-vertical content agreement will see the digital online gaming platform now gaining access to three verticals that includes Pragmatic Play’s innovative slots offering, which offers players titles such as the recently released hit, Juicy Fruits, as well as award-winning Wolf Gold and Great Rhino Deluxe.

The brand’s Latin American customers will also gain access to the provider’s sought-after live casino and virtual sports products.

Sebastian Salazar, Chief Marketing Officer for Estelar Bet, commented that being able to take three verticals of a supplier and roll them out to customers seamlessly is a huge advantage,so they are delighted to confirm this deal.

According to broadcaster NOS it is anticipated that approximately 40 gambling companies will apply for a license to offer online betting and other games in the Netherlands from October 2021 when new legislation is due to take effect.

The Netherlands was one of the few countries in Europe which had not opened up the market to online gambling, which led to players utilizing unlicensed sites which do not pay tax in the country.

Rene Jansen of Government Gambling Watchdog Kansspeelautoreit told broadcaster NOS that it was high time the Netherlands allowed online gambling.

The National Football League (NFL) and Genius Sports Group (Genius), a global leader in digital sports content, technology and integrity services have announced a new multi-year strategic partnership that will see Genius power the future of NFL fan experiences with the use of personalized, data-driven technology.

In terms of the partnership, Genius will act as the NFL’s exclusive distributor of real-time official play-by-play statistics, proprietary Next Gen State (NGS) data as well as the League’s official sports betting data feed to media companies and sports betting operators across the globe, including the U.S. where legal.

Terms of the new agreement are not yet available but it is purported to last at least four years with options, and gives the NFL an equity stake in the company.
