Sports betting operator Parimatch has entered into a partnership with English Premier League football club Everton.
In terms of the two-year deal, Parimatch will become the official betting partner of the football team in Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States, including marketing rights to promote the brand in the UK.
Parimatch will also gain from brand exposure during match days at Everton’s home Goodison Park Stadium, with advertising shown on LED perimeter and ribbon boards around the pitch.
Last year the Everton football club finished eighth in the league and now ranks second in the current Premier League season.
Sergey Portnov, Chief Executive Officer at Parimatch, commented that Parimatch has a strong culture of entrepreneurship and exploring new trends and markets, so partnering with Everton as the brand enters the UK marketplace is massive for them.
