The Sacramento Kings, the California-based National Basketball Association (NBA) side, has announced that it will be launching a new in-stadium lounge which will give players an opportunity to play a virtual currency predictive betting game, powered by Swish Analytics, a fantasy sports solutions provider.
The Sacramento Kings Skyloft Predictive Gaming Lounge will be located in the team’s Golden 1 Centre stadium and will give suite, loft and balcony ticket holders the opportunity to predict game results and have a chance to win unique prizes.
Vivek Ranadive, the Owner and Chairman of Sacramento Kings, commented that basketball fans across the country are clamoring for gaming options, and they are thrilled to be the first NBA team to bring this unique experience to Sacramento. He added that predictive gaming is incredibly disruptive and will only continue to gain popularity in the NBA and beyond.
Ranadive went on to say that working with industry leaders like Swish Analytics allows them to test and perfect this technology to give fans the best experience in future seasons.
The new lounge will have iPads loaded with Swish’s BetRush software. BetRush is a live bet simulation engine providing a real-time feed of betting-related analysis, odds, statistics, content and visualizations.
The lounge will open for the first time on 17th March for the game against the Chicago Bulls.
Bobby Skoff, Swish co-founder, said that the popularity of predictive gaming shows no signs of slowing down and they look forward to continuing to build and iterate the BetRush platform in Sacramento.
