Racing.com has revealed that it has entered into a content sharing arrangement around feature events with Racing Post. The deal signed between the parties will see racing fans now having access to the best available coverage of thoroughbred racing from around the globe.
Racing Post is currently a leading digital publisher with a groundbreaking mobile app and fully responsive website – racingpost.com as well as a growing business-to-business department which develops content and products for a selection of domestic and international partners. Racing Post, provides detailed racing form for Irish and UK thoroughbred racing and also has a comprehensive news service that covers Europe, the United States and other notable racing jurisdictions. ANZ Bloodstock News was acquired by Racing Post last year in order to add to its coverage of racing and bloodstock from around the world.
Racing.com launched in 2014 and has since become the media rights holder for Southern Australian thoroughbred racing. It also broadcasts Hong Kong and other selected feature international racing events on its Free-To-Air channels throughout the year, with form, news and features created for broadcast, digital and social media channels.
As from the beginning of this month, the content sharing arrangement enables written stories and video features aligned with major racing, breeding and thoroughbred sales events to be shared between Racing.com and Racing Post across their digital platforms. This includes the sharing of content during the feature European summer flat racing period and winter jumps period, Australia’s major racing carnivals including the Spring and Autumn and important thoroughbred sales in Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
