Betfair Marketing has announced that it has officially launched its new online casino TV advertising campaign – “Ready”.

The new advertising campaign, which debuted at half-time in a Manchester United vs Leicester football match a few months ago, is the first TV casino advert by the company in more than two years and sees Betfair endeavoring to build on their record as a pioneering betting operator.

Betfair’s TV spot was developed by Paddy Power Betfair (PPB) lead creative agency Lucky Generals and directed by Cole Pavious of Unit 9 Films.

Betfair marketing announced the launch of the new advertising campaign by saying that it was aiming to highlight a number of new features and games of its online and mobile casino products.

Real casino footage appears in the ad, cut with fast-paced metaphorical imagery and it again uses the brand’s signature track “Higher Ground” by TNGHT.  The ad features famous drummer Frankie Tontoh, who at one time toured with Amy Winehouse and George Michael amongst others.

Gavin Hamilton, Betfair’s Director of eGaming, commented on the new advertising campaign by saying that they are very excited to launch their new “Ready?” casino advert which not only captures the anticipation of sport and gaming but also highlights the straightforward and easy casino experience Betfair has to offer across mobile as well as desktop.

Hamilton went on to say that this is the beginning of a new identity for Betfair’s gaming products and they are eagerly looking forward to their customers seeing it come to life.
