In the first 16 days of Pennsylvania’s regulated online gambling market, local customers wagered a whopping $50 million. Figures released by the state’s Gaming Control Board showed that licensed operators generated revenue of $812,306.
Some of the key figures coming out of Pennsylvania’s iGaming Market:
- $23.8 million was spent on slot games.
- $25.5 million was spent on table games.
- The three operators that launched during July saw slot revenues of $517,712.
- Table games at the three operators totaled just under $300,000.
How Individual Operators Performed:
SugarHouse Casino: This casino, operated by Rush Street, is the clear winner in the 16 days of igaming recorded in Pennsylvania. More than half of total revenue ($442,796) come from the popular SugarHouse location. Players bet $10.1 million on slot games ($261,869 revenue) and $5.8 million (revenue of $160,927) on table games.
Parx Casino: Total online gambling revenue from customers at this casino was $260,124 – bringing the casino to second place in the period. Slots were just as popular at Parx as they were at SugarHouse, with $10 million wagered on machines (revenue of $139,093). An impressive $19.3 million was wagered on table games (revenue of $120,221).
Penn National Gaming: Third place in revenue, operator saw stakes of $4.1 million from its slots and table games combined, with a total revenue of $117,286 from both.
