Stake.com, a leading sports-betting group, is thrilled to announce that they have become a new sponsor of Watford FC of the English Premier League.

It has been revealed that Stake.com made payment for the agreement completely in cryptocurrency, making the multiple-year agreement quite notable.  The agreement will go into effect beginning with the 2021/2022 season, which commences on 14th August.

In terms of the agreement, Stake.com will become the club’s shirt sponsor and will also have several promotions available between the two parties.  One of these promotions will include a 10 million Dogecoin giveaway.  Additional marketing opportunities will also be available to Stake.com.

Stake.com is preparing itself for a launch in the UK market after entering into an agreement with Aspire Global.  A firm launch date has, however, not been made available.

Scott Duxbury, Chief Executive Officer at Watford FC, commented that they are thrilled to welcome Stake as their principal shirt sponsor ahead of the 2021/22 season.

Duxbury added that this will be an extremely exciting campaign for the club as they return to the Premier League and they could not be happier to join with a partner who matches their ambitious outlook and commitment to innovation in order to achieve success.

Mladen Vuckovic, Chief Executive Officer at Stake.com, added that the past few years have seen consistent growth for Stake and this partnership with Watford marks the next chapter for their company.

Vuckovic also said that they could not be more thrilled to partner with a club that has such immense history yet still a true innovative spirit.

He added that they are committed to become a key part of the Watford family and have several exciting initiatives planned for fans over the coming months.
