The EGR North America Awards celebrate excellence in the North American online gaming industry and is considered the leading gaming awards for companies operating in the North American market. The judges recognize the premier operators who have demonstrated excellent performance over the past year.

For the Customer Services Operator of the Year award, Rush Street was judged on its combined and communicative culture as well as continual training and advancement. Rush Street differentiated itself with its unfaltering commitment to excellent customer service.
For the Social Gaming Operator of the Year, Rush Street was judged on its ability to increase engagement and visitation to land-based casinos while generating growing revenues. Rush Street’s striking revenue increase, vast selection of game content, powerful operations and in-house developed social gaming software helped Rush Street rise above the others in consideration for the award.
