Bragg Gaming, a leading global B2B iGaming technology and content provider has acquired Las Vegas, Nevada based Wild Streak Gaming, a content creation studio offering a portfolio of 39 top-notch casino slot titles, supported across online and land-based applications.
Bragg entered into a purchase agreement that saw it acquire all of the outstanding membership interests of Wild Streak in a cash and stock transaction for a purchase price of plus/minus $30 million.
The sellers of Wild Streak received an amount of $10 million in cash at closing pursuant to the transaction, which closed together with the signing of the purchase price. An additional amount of $20 million worth of common shares of Bragg will be received by Wild Streak over the following three years, subject to acceleration in the event of a change of control.
Bragg’s looming acquisition of Spin Games that was announced on 12th May 2021 together with the Transaction will advance Bragg’s acquisition strategy by boosting its capability to distribute and develop premium online casino content to the US market in-house.
Richard Carter, CEO of Bragg Gaming commented that Doug and his team have built up an enviable track record of developing leading premium casino slot content for the land-based and online casino industry.
Carter added that they look forward to integrating this know-how into Bragg’s overall offering and significantly expanding the Company’s higher margin proprietary in-house casino slot content capabilities.
Wild Streak’s design team includes experienced mathematical and creative minds from the casino gaming industry and includes Doug Fallon, founder and CEO of Wild Streak.
Wild Streak’s portfolio of land-based content will be customized for the USA online market and will also build upon existing high performers such as Dragon Power in the USA online market.
