Bally’s Corporation, a leading US provider of land-based gaming and interactive entertainment, recently announced that it has entered into a multi-year agreement with the National Basketball Association (NBA).

The new partnership is the provider’s second deal to be signed with a professional sports league in a matter of weeks and will see Ballly’s become an authorized sports betting operator of the NBA.

In terms of the agreement, Bally’s will have the opportunity to gain access to official league data, as well as rights to use official NBA marks and logos across its portfolio of online sports betting products. The parties will also work together on practices to protect the integrity of NBA games.

George Papanier, the President and Chief Executive at Bally’s Corporation, commented on the new deal by saying that partnering with the NBA is an exceptional opportunity for Bally’s, adding to their ongoing momentum with professional sports leagues.

Papanier went on to say that together with the NBA, they will unlock significant opportunities to provide a greater population of NBA fans with new, creative and engaging sports betting products and services.

Last month, Bally’s Corporation also signed a deal that saw it become an official sports betting partner of the National Hockey League (NHL), which was its first agreement with a US major league.

In November of last year Bally’s announced that it had entered into a strategic partnership with Sinclair Broadcast Group, whose 19 regional sports networks account for more than half of the US NBA teams.
