YG Masters partner 4ThePlayer.com has enhanced future game production with Yggdrasil’s Gigablox mechanic after having signed up to the supplier’s new Game Engagement Offering (GEM).
GEM will see 4ThePlayer incorporate the proven mechanic into its game development process considerably boosting player engagement and retention levels as a result.
Gigablox first featured in Yggdrasil’s proprietary games and was instrumental in making ‘Hades’ and ‘Lucky Neko’ two of the best performing titles for Yggdrasil in 2020.
The Gigablox framework allows dynamic reels to generate colossal blocks of up to 6 x 6 stacked, spawning huge wins for players and building suspense and excitement.
4ThePlayer joins Reflex Gaming, Bang Bang Games, DreamTech Gaming and Peter & Sons in signing up to the GEM offering with the first games incorporating the mechanics scheduled to be released later this year.
MultiMAX and Splitz are also available to partners, in addition to Gigablox. These can be utilized as part of the GEM offering with more mechanics to be added in the near future.
Stuart McCarthy, Head of Partner Programs at Yggdrasil, commented that their mechanics significantly elevate the games incorporating them and add new levels of excitement and engagement that will have players coming back for more.
McCarthy added that they are excited to expand their partnership with 4ThePlayer and to see them release games using Gigablox which will strengthen their existing portfolio.
Chris Ash, Founder and Business Development Director at 4ThePlayer, said Innovation and entertainment are key elements for them when they are creating new games, and you can find both in Yggdrasil’s impressive Gigablox mechanic.
Ash also said they already have an exciting concept for a Gigablox game and look forward to releasing it later this year.
