32Red, a leading online gaming company, has revealed that it has signed a three-year partnership deal with Jockey Club Racecourses in terms of which it will act as the new sponsor of Sprint Cup Day which is due to be held at Haydock Park Racecourse.
32Red is a founding Authorized Betting Partner of British Racing and will be sponsoring the full card on 32Red Spring Cup Day in 2016 after which it will sponsor the three-day Sprint Cup Festival next year and in 2018.
32Red’s 2016 sponsorship will also include the Group 3, £63,000 32Red Superior Mile as well as the 32Red Old Borough Cup for the stayers.
Haydock Park General Manager, Jason Fildes, commented on the sponsorship by saying that he would like to thank outgoing sponsor Betfred for their generous support but warmly welcome a new and exciting partnership with 32Red. He added that they are eagerly looking forward to the continued success of the biggest and most esteemed race day of Haydock’s Flat Season with the backing of a prestigious new partner.
Ed Ware, Chief Executive Officer of 32Red, added that they are extremely delighted to be sponsoring the 32Red Sprint Cup at Haydock for the next three years, at least, and that this further underlines their strategy to grow their profile and market share in British Racing.
Ware went on to say that their focus has always been the UK and they are a levy-paying Authorized Betting Partner of British Racing. He added that 32Red is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and that they spend approximately £20m a year in marketing and advertising in the UK.
